    How to start a new integration?

    Article Summary

    To set up a new integration it is necessary to send a request to support@reconeyez.com. The request has to include the receiving server IPaddress and port, monitoring software protocol used and the Reconeyez device area from where alarms are forwarded. Precise input needed to set up the integration is specified in detail below in separate support article for each integration type. The integration is set up in the Reconeyez backend server by Reconeyez support and applies for the chosen device area in the Reconeyez cloud. 

    After this, user can configure device specific parameters (eg. account, zone, group, siteID, Snumber) in the Reconeyez cloud server Devices menu - device view - Description field. The correct format differs for each integration and is specified below in dedicated article for each integration type.

    Human/email integrations can take multiple email recipient addresses in the format below (comma separated, no spaces):

    Human:username1@domain.com,username@domain.com

    In addition user can configure the same device to send to multiple integrations (space-separated as in the example below). All integration types except Human/Email, can have only a single device specific parameter per device.

    Whitelisting Reconeyez server IP addresses

    Please note the IP addresses that need to be whitelisted in your monitoring station configuration to receive incoming alarms:

    • For https://eu.reconeyez.com - 135.125.9.162 (Backup IPs: 135.125.97.120)
    • For https://uk.reconeyez.com - 209. 97.141.119 (Backup IPs:206.189.244.110, 159.89.249.29, 188.166.128.65, 188.166.129.36)
    • For https://demo.reconeyez.com - 167.71.3.59 
    • For https://na.reconeyez.com - 104.131.39.97


    To configure reverse control in your monitoring station, please use the following domain names and ports:

    • For https://uk.reconeyez.com use:

    server: uk.reconeyez.com, port: 9028

    • For https://eu.reconeyez.com use:

    server: eu.reconeyez.com, port: 9028

    • For https://demo.reconeyez.com use:

    server: demo.reconeyez.com, port: 9028

    • For https://na.reconeyez.com use:

    server: na.reconeyez.com, port: 9028
