# Reconeyez Installation app installation

After downloading the app installation file to your Android device via USB cable/bluetooth/email/fileshare or other solution, please do the following.

| 2. Open the Reconeyez Installation app and log into your Reconeyez server with your username and password. Make sure that you also insert your server address in correct format- eg. [https://demo.reconeyez.com](https://demo.reconeyez.com) Username/password can be obtained from the distributor who sold you the Reconeyez devices. | 3. Switch on the Connector mote. Make sure the connector mote battery is charged and it is blinking faster than once per second. |  |
