Reconeyez integration is now available to everyone with an Immix CS system - upgrade from Generic stream to Reconeyez stream in Immix website - System - System updates - download Reconeyez.
1. Go to Setup - Add a site and fill in and save new site information.
2. In Devices submenu, choose Add a Device and choose Reconeyez as Device type. Use your Reconeyez server domain name, username and password. Port number for reverse control (for Immix to trigger Reconeyez Siren) is 9028.
Please note that https://uk.reconeyez.com server uses a different domain name for reverse control - integrations.reconeyez.com. All Immix users outside UK may use their Reconeyez server domain name for reverse control - eg. demo.reconeyez.com, eu.reconeyez.com, na.reconeyez.com etc.
3. If you get an error message after pressing Get Config then no Siren units are accessible in your Reconeyez server by the user you logged in as. Ignore the error message and continue the setup.
4. Finalize the site setup and send your mailto address to support@reconeyez.com along with your Immix server IP and port. Only the first/default SiteID (Identifier) needs to be sent to Reconeyez support.
